Your Growth Report files

What to send

Send a job export from your job software. For each job, I ask for the job number, date, type of work, amount and ZIP code. I also ask for the lead source and whether the job was booked, finished or cancelled. A customer number is enough to link repeat jobs.

Leave out the notes column if your software lets you. Notes often hold gate codes or customers' health details, and I don't need them. If they're in the file, they're removed before anyone reads it.

Send your marketing spend by month and channel, as a list or invoices.

Both should cover the last 24 months, or at least the last 12 if that is all you have.

Leave out customer names and contact details if your software lets you. If it doesn't, send the export as it is.

If you have them, add Google Analytics, Search Console and Business Profile reports. Add ad or call tracking reports and a call log or missed-call report from your phone system. None of it holds up the start.

What happens to your files

Files go through Cloudflare, which stores them encrypted.

Customer contact details are removed on our own computer before anyone reads the files.

Once your customers' names and contact details are removed, I use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, with training turned off) to help me analyze the files. They're named in your agreement.

I delete the original file the same business day, and the cleaned files within 30 days after your report is finished. I keep only the summaries I made from them.
